From Glype
If you are experiencing problems with your glype proxy, try the following steps to identify and resolve the issue.
Customizations
Custom themes, plugins and edits to the source code may be responsible for your problem. Try using a stock version of glype proxy and see if the problem still occurs.
If this fixes the issue, you will need to notify the author of the problematic customization applied and ask for a solution. We cannot provide support for third-party code.
If the problem still occurs, the issue may be with the script. Continue reading this page for advice on resolving the issue.
Upgrade
Keep up to date with new releases. The latest version will always contain bugfixes for issues with prior versions. No support will be given for old versions of the script.
If you are running an old version, try upgrading to the latest version.

Your issue may already be known. Please search the documentation here and the bug reports forum. If no results are found, you can proceed to make a bug report.
Making a bug report
To make a bug report, please post a new topic in the bug reports forum. If making a bug report, ensure you include the following information:
- brief description of the problem
- URL to a proxy site that experiences the problem
- step-by-step instructions to replicate the problem exactly
- any PHP error messages generated (see your error log file or turn on display_errors)
